National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is here! March is a great time to revamp our eating habits with Spring right around the corner.
A few healthy eating tips:
- Cut down on added sugars and salt
- Choose fresh veggies and fruit in season for optimal taste
- Prepare food at home to reduce processed ingredients
- Make half your plate using whole grains such as brown rice, wheat pasta, and whole grain bread for added fiber
Healthy Yogurt Parfait Recipe:
- 1 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped fresh fruit berries
- 2 Tbsp low fat granola
